| Cheerleader Video Requirements |
Potential Raider Cheerleaders:
Please make sure your technical skills are taped on a VHS tape or DVD in the order listed below. Ladies should wear a black sports bra, black shorts and have their hair half up and curled with a white ribbon. Gentlemen should be nicely groomed and wear a white t-shirt with no lettering or graphics and black shorts.
Flexibility (Ladies Only):

or a combination pass to include whips, etc.

NOTE: Perform your BEST optional stunt, which may include a stretch, scale, scorpion, arabesque, cuple/awesome
and full down or double down dismount. You can use former teammates to help you with this segment.
Game Day Chant: You can use one of your High School chants or create one. The chant should be performed at least three (3) times.
Motion Technique: Four (4) eight-counts of a Fight Song. NOTE: You can use your High School Fight Song, All-Star motion technique section or create four (4) eight-counts of motions.
Dance (Ladies Only): Four (4) eight-counts of a dance. NOTE: You can use a dance routine from your High School or All-Star team or you can create the choreography.
Personal Interview: Five (5) minute phone interview conducted by the WSU Spirit Unit Coaching Staff.
